I love these uniforms! They were created for a RPG story that was hosted on my previous site. Unfortunately, the actual story was lost, but the uniforms made it!
They were created on a Maxis mesh, and are Base Game so will work in whatever game configuration you may have! The Duty Uniforms can be found in your Everyday wear, the Formal are in the Formal wear, and are for your Adults & Elders.
